our facilities for your special event. Here is some general
information for your review. If you have any further questions
please don't hesitate to contact us. We are a family owned
company and are a Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau
member. We look forward to meeting you and working to assist
you every step of the way!
Tours of the facilities
are available by appointment only. Please call 253-863-1285
and we will do our best to arrange a tour at your convenience.
A minimal fee may be requested for excessive showings.
Reservations will be accepted on
a first come, first serve basis by completing a rental contract.
A reservation deposit is required to secure the facility
for your event. It is non-refundable but applies toward
your rental fee. Rental time reserved includes time
necessary for personal decorations, supplies, and entertainment
set-up and tear-down.
A security deposit of $300.00
is required from all applicants renting the facility for
weddings, receptions, and other social events. The deposit
will be refunded, by mail, within 10 business days after
the event if all charges have been satisfied and damage to
the facility is not noted.
Event Planning: We are able to
provide you with suggestions for transportation, flowers,
photographers, entertainment, and ministers.
Final Balance: Entire amount including security
deposit is due 10 business days in advance of the date.
Cancellations: $50 will be refunded when
written cancellation is received.
Catering: The Attic and The Hansen Place
have an exclusive contract with Act 3 Catering. We have menu packages
and Terri will also meet with you to create a menu that meets your
needs and tastes!
Service: Set up and clean up is included for
your event. A professional attendant is available at all times.
Furnishings and Décor: Furnishing
includes sofas, loveseats, wingback chairs, lamps, mirrors, artwork
and banquet tables with 6' round guest tables and chairs. A
fireplace and water falls are central features.
Rose petals, rice, birdseed, confetti, glitter and bubbles are
not permitted inside or outside the rental premises. We also
request that you purchase dripless candles only.
Alcohol: A Washington State banquet
permit is required and may be obtained from any liquor store
and must be served by Act 3 Catering staff. You purchase
and save and we pour!
Smoking inside the premises is not permitted. An
outside covered smoking area is available.
Parking. Be aware that lot
parking is availabe only after 6pm on Friday events, due
to constraints with the transit center.
